Our company was founded in 1962 by the master builder Alberto Maserati and has always dealt in construction, renovation and restoration of historical buildings.
The owners’ genuine passion for stone began in the sixties and it never fizzled. Indeed Alberto is going to be remembered as “The wise man who built his house on the stone”. The restoration of parts of ancient structural elements naturally led to specialisation in building restoration.
Since 1990, after the death of the founder, the company is run by his son, the architect Carlo Maserati. With him another branch was opened, in addition to the home-building firm, which is more oriented towards the stone and restoration material trade.
The company has a wide range of external paving stones such as cobblestones, cubes, porphyry slabs, gneiss slabs, Luserna stone, granite and furnishings for the urban planning and provides, on request, design consultancy.
The company offers a laying service with qualified personnel available for on-the-spot inspections and cost estimates.
